Traci Garde is a certified food allergy coach based in Atlanta. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and over 20 years of experience managing her two daughters’ multiple food allergies, asthma, environmental allergies, eczema, and animal allergies.
At just a few months old, her oldest daughter, who is now 20 years old, was diagnosed with allergies to milk, peanuts, and eggs, and later tested positive to shellfish as well. Although she outgrew her egg allergy at age two, she remains allergic to the other foods. Her 16 year old daughter is allergic to milk, peanuts, and hazelnuts.
Out of her desire to help others managing food allergies and intolerances, and her passion to raise awareness, Traci founded Food Allergy Solutions, LLC. She understands what it takes to live with food allergies, and how it affects everyday life. While managing food allergies isn’t an easy path, and there are many struggles, with the right tools and knowledge, you can live a full and confident life.
